摘要:通过盐分胁迫下柳树2个无性系的盆栽试验,发现盐分对苗木的成活和生长都有一定的抑制作用。随着盐分浓度的提高,苗高、地上与地下部分生物量都呈下降趋势;盐分的存在同样影响到叶片叶绿素含量和脯氨酸含量的变化。通过回归分析发现,盐分浓度与叶片叶绿素含量之间存在着线性负相关关系,与脯氨酸含量之间存在着抛物线形相关关系。土壤中盐分的增加不仅影响到植物的生长发育,而且对土壤自身的物理、化学性状也产生不良效应。,同时还测定了盆栽土壤中土壤葡糖苷酶和土壤天冬酰胺酶活性的变化。结果表明这两种酶的活性都随土壤中盐分浓度的提高而下降,说明盐分对土壤的理化性状和肥力状况都产生了抑制作用。参试的2个柳树无性系中,W1的耐盐能力强于W2。
The pot culture experiment with 2 clones of willows was performed to study the salt tolerance of trees at seedling stage. The results indicated that salts inhibited establishment and growth of seedlings. With the increasing of salt concentration,the survival rate, seedling height & biomass, root weight all declined. However proline content in leaves increased while chlorophyll content reduced. The regression equations between salts and proline contents were binomial, while for chlorophyll were linear. Addition of NaCl into soil not only had adverse influence on plants, also on soil itself. In the test two soil enzymes, i.e.β-glucosidase and L-asparaginase, both belonging to amidohydrolase, were analyzed. The results showed that the activity of two enzymes fell with salt increasing. Between 2 clones involved in the test, W1 was better than W2 in the viewpoint of salinity tolerance.
