摘要：在对世界各国森林认证发展道路进行分析的基础上，根据我国现实国情的需要，应同步发展国际体系框架下的森林管理委员会体系和我国的国家森林认证体系。文章还对如何创建国家体系和发展我国的森林认证工作提出了意见和建议。
Based on the analysis of the way to develop forest certification in the wodd, the paper points out China should develop both FSC system and national forest certification scheme according to the national condition and market demands. The paper also provides some suggestions on how to develop national forest certification scheme and promote it in China.
