摘要：为了解海南长臂猿采食微生境选择机制,为制定该物种保护策略提供科学依据,2019年7—9月通过样方调查法,在海南热带雨林国家公园原霸王岭国家级自然保护区片区开展海南长臂猿采食微生境选择研究,共获得海南长臂猿当时全部4个家庭群共131个数据样方,测定了采食微生境的15种生态因子,并利用Vanderploeg选择系数和Scavia选择指数来衡量海南长臂猿对生态因子的喜好程度。研究结果显示,海南长臂猿喜欢在海拔800~1000 m区域、坡度15°~30°、半阴半阳坡、山坡采食;海南长臂猿喜欢在山地雨林、乔木数量60~90棵、乔木胸径20~30 cm、乔木高度15~20 m、乔木枝下高5~15 m、藤本胸径5~10 cm、郁闭度50%~75%的生境采食;海南长臂猿喜欢在距道路距离2~4 km、距居民点距离≤10 km、距离水源距离≤500 m的生境采食。海南长臂猿对采食微生境选择有一定的偏好,是由于生境内气候、食物及干扰等因子的特征影响。
In order to understand the micro-habitat selection mechanism of Hainan Gibbons,and provide scientific basis for the establishment of their protection strategy,from July to September 2019,we carried out a study on the micro-habitat selection of gibbons through quadrat survey in Hainan tropical rainforest National Park,the former Bawan-gling National Nature Reserve.A total of 131 data quadrats were obtained from all the four families of Hainnan Gibbons.15 ecological factors of the foraging habitat were measured.Vanderploeg selection coefficient and scavia selection index were used to measure the preference of Hainan Gibbons to ecological factors.The study showed that Hainan Gibbons tended to consume food in areas of 800-1000 m altitude,15。-30。slope,half shade and half sunny slope and hillside.Hainan Gibbons also preferred to forage for food in the mountain rainforest,where the number of trees is 60-90(within the range of 900 m2),the DBH of trees is 20-30 cm,the height of trees is 15-20 m,the height under the branches is 5-15 m,the DBH of lianas is 5-10 cm,and the canopy density is 50%-75%.Hainan Gibbons preferred to forage in the habitat with a distance of 2-4 km from the road,a distance of less than10 km from the residential area and a distance of less than 500 m from the water source.Therefore,our results indicated that Hainan Gibbons had a certain preference for the selection of foraging microhabitatas,which were due to the characteristics of the climate,food,and disturbance.
