摘要:采用重组技术制备柏木重组木,研究热压温度和密度对重组木表面性能、耐水性能和抗弯性能的影响。结果表明,密度是影响柏木重组木表面性能和力学性能的关键因子,密度越大,表面粗糙度越低,表面接触角逐渐增大,抗弯强度越大。热压温度是影响柏木重组木耐水性能的主要因素,热压温度越高,其耐水性能越好。柏木重组木抗弯强度最高可达160 MPa,是LY/T 1984—2011《重组木地板》标准值的2.55倍。柏木重组木为柏木资源的高附加值利用提供了有效途径。
In this project, scrimber was prepared from defibered Cupressus funebris veneer using the recombination technology. The surface properties, the water resistance and bending properties of scrimber were evaluated. The results showed that the density was the main factor affecting the surface properties and bending properties of Cupressus funebris scrimber. The surface roughness decreased, the surface contact angle and the bending strength increased as the density of scrimber increased. The hotpressing temperature had a great effect on the water resistance. So, the water resistance of scrimber improved as the hot-pressing temperature increased. The bending strength of Cupressus funebris scrimber reached 160 MPa, which was 2.55 times of the standard value in LY/T 1984-2011 "Reconstitued wood flooring". Therefore, the manufacturing of scrimber can be an effective way for the high-value-added utilization of Cupressus funebris resources.
