摘要：介绍国产首条层压门扇自动组装化生产线,分析门扇框料备料、框料拼宽,框料定长、门扇组框、门芯材料填充、面板进料、门扇多层组坯与复合等工序控制方式及关键技术。该生产线实现了层压式木门门扇组坯与装配的全自动化,对提升我国木门生产技术与装备水平具有积极推动作用。
This paper reviewed the first automatically assembly line for laminated wooden doors made in China.The assembly line consists of the door frame material preparation,wood width and transportation,prefabricated parts storage and feeding system,door frame assembly system,core material feeding,panel feeding,door leaf assembly and door leaf system.A fully automatic flexible production line was formed,which actualizes manufacturing processes including frame processing,door core material filling,frame assembly and panel pressing before door assembling,hence the levels of the machine tools technology and manufacturing process of wooden doors were enhanced.
