摘要：文章分析了中国和其他国家森林生态效益的补偿方案及其特点，比较了不同森林生态效益补偿方案的优缺点。他国森林生态效益补偿的成功经验对中国森林生态效益补偿政策的改进和完善具有很好的借鉴作用。
This article analyzed the payment schemes for environmental service of China and other countries and compared the strength and the weankness of the different payment schemes for environmental service. The successfhl experience of other countries can be used for reference by China to improve the payment policy for environmental service.
