摘要：以构成钢琴的5个最主要的基本部分(弦列、音板、支架、键盘机械和外壳)为出发点,从树种、材质、尺寸规格、声学特性等方面概述对木质材料的要求,从原木锯解、琴材干燥和精加工装备等角度总结钢琴制造对生产加工过程的要求。分析现阶段我国钢琴制造业存在的主要问题,提出相应的发展建议,以期为国内钢琴制造业高品质发展提供参考。
The requirements for the five most important parts of pianos(string,soundboard,bracket,keyboard and shell)made by wooden materials were summarized in terms of species,material quality,dimensions,acoustic characteristics.The production procedures of the wooden parts were also introduced according to the requirements of the piano manufacturing,including sawing,wood drying and equipment installation.The main issues and challenges of the piano manufacturing industry of China were analyzed,and the corresponding development suggestions were proposed.This paper provides a reference for the high-quality development of the domestic piano manufacturing industry.
