摘要：介绍了林木种质资源信息管理的概念目的、林木种质资源信息系统建立的基本技术、林木种质资源信息描述规范的制定、相关背景知识和具有应用前景的新技术。介绍了国内外林木种质资源信息管理领域内的研究现状与技术发展状况。
Abstract The importance and concept of forest genetic resource information management are described. Three aspects in the management of forest genetics resources information are discussed in detail: the construction of a computerized information system, the make up of descriptor standard, and the specific consideration needed in the management processes. Special importance is putted on an general review of the present world wide status and development trend in the field of forest genetics information management.
