摘要:优树选择是植物育种的重要方式之一,本研究以云南省保山市澜沧江流域潞江坝干热河谷地区栽培的辣木人工林作为研究对象,根据辣木的生物学特性,在广泛调查的基础上,以果用型辣木为目标,选取与辣木单株产量相关的10个表型性状作为选优指标,包括冠高比、地径、冠形指数、分枝数、分枝角度、果荚总数、单果荚籽粒数、单株总籽粒数、种子百粒重、单株产量。根据辣木性状的均值、标准差和极差建立辣木优树综合评分法,从40株初筛辣木候选优树中选出辣木优树22株。本试验采用的综合评分法为辣木的优树选择提供了科学方法,达到了良好的选优效果,为辣木家系的选育提供了理论基础。
Plus treese lection is one of the important ways for plant breeding. Cultivated Moringa oleifera plantations in Lujiangba dry-hot valley area of Lantsang River in Baoshan, Yunan province were selected as the research materials in this study, which were used to widely investigate their biological characteristics. Fruit cultivars were chosen as research targets, and 10 phenotypic characteristics of Moringa oleifera concerned with fruit yield per tree were screened as selection indexes, including crown height ratio, ground diameter, crown index, number of branches, average branch angle, number of pods, seed number per pod, total seed number per tree, dry weight of 100-seed, and output per tree. As a result, 22 plus trees were screened out from 40 preliminarily chosen candidate trees according to comprehensive scoring methods consisting of mean, standard deviation, and range. The comprehensive scoring method might provide a scientific way and achieve preferable effects for plus tree selection, and would provide a theoretical basis for further breeding ofMoringa oleifera.
