摘要:[目的]为系统了解关凤蝶的滞育特性。[方法]利用蒽酮比色法和重量法,测定滞育期间不同时期海藻糖、糖原和脂肪含量。[结果]整个滞育期间,海藻糖含量为7.7650-19.0993mg/g,糖原含量为3.6020—9.6347mg/g,脂肪含量为14.159~19.217mg/g,变化幅度较大。不同时期海藻糖、糖原含量差异显著,但脂肪含量变化不显著。[结论]海藻糖和糖原代谢与气温和滞育发育阶段有关。海藻糖、糖原和脂肪含量变化表明,三者一方面作为能量物质参与滞育期间能量代谢,另一方面则作为贮备物质参与滞育解除后各项生命活动。滞育初期存在糖原和脂肪积累。滞育期间海藻糖与糖原之间存在相互转化。美凤蝶为糖原积累型。
[Objective] The study aimed to understand the diapause characters of Papilio memnon L. [Method] Using methods of gravimetric and antlanne
colorimetry,contents of trehalose, glycogen and fat in diapausing pupae of the butterfly in various periods were examined, respectively. [Result] There were significant differences in the contents of trehalose and glycogen during the stage of diapausing except the fat. The contents of trehalose, glycogen and fat were 7.765 0 -9.099 3,3.602 0 -9.634 7 and 14.159 -19.217 mg/g, respectively [Conclusion] The contents of trehalose and glycogen were related to temperature and the developmental stage of diapause pupae. The changing of contents of trehalose, glycogen and fat showed they took park in the metabolism of energy, and at the same time as reservoir for the end of diapanse.On the one hand, glycogen and fat had a good much accumulation at the early stage of diapause, on the other hand, trehalose and glycogen converted each other during diapause stage. The type of carbohydrate -alcohol accumulation of P. memnon was glycogen.
