摘要：本文详尽地论述了２０００年世界林业产业政策的发展趋势：继续实施林业持续发展战略；林业管理体制向促进发挥多种效益和集约化经营的方向发展；进一步采取大力发展人工林的政策；继续执行对林业的扶持政策；继续实施优化林业产业结构政策。文章还从国际范围角度阐述了林业持续发展的艰巨性。
Abstract This paper expounds in details the development trend of world forestry indus-trial policies to the year 2000 in 5 aspects: (1 )The sustainable forestry developmentstrategy will be continuously implemented ; (2)The forestry management system will bedeveloped in the direction of promoting varied benefits and of intensive management; (3)The policy of devoting major efforts to developing forestry plantation will be furthertaken ; (4) The supporting policy to forestry will be continuously executed ;and (5) Thepolicy of optimizing forestry industrial structures is expected to be kept on implementa-tion. The paper also interprets the arduousness of sustainable forestry developmentfrom the international points of view.Mr. Lu Wenming is an associate research fellow in the Research Institute of Scientific and Technological Informa-tion of the Chinese Academy of Forestry.
