摘要:磷酸果糖作为植物固碳过程的起始糖单元和关键呋喃中间体,是生物质基呋喃结构的起源,也是合成吡喃结构的五碳糖和六碳糖的前驱体,并最终作为植物的结构和储能单元储存在植物体中.通过适当的化学手段可以将吡喃结构的糖单元从林木资源中分离并进一步将其还原至呋喃结构单元,继续通过热化学或光电催化转化为呋喃类高值燃料和化学品.本文主要围绕呋喃结构的生物合成、分离转化和高值利用,综述了林木植物固碳过程中呋喃结构的演化路径,重点讨论了林木吡喃糖向两种重要的林木呋喃结构产品——糠醛和5-羟甲基糠醛转化的研究现状,并对其进一步制备呋喃化学品和材料的应用前景进行展望,以期为“双碳”目标和生物经济国家战略下的生物基化学品和功能材料产业发展提供支撑.
Phosphofructose,as the initial sugar unit and key furan intermediate in the process of carbon fixation in plants,is the origin of biomass-based furan structures.It serves as the precursor for synthesizing pentose and hexose units,which eventually are stored in plants as structural and energy storage units.Through appropriate chemical methods,furan units can be separated from lignocellulosic resources and further reduced to furan structure units,which could then be converted into high-value furan-based fuels and chemicals through thermochemical or photo/electro-chemical processes.This article mainly focuses on the biosynthesis,separation,conversion,and high-value utilization of furan structure,and summarizes the evolution path of furan structure in the carbon fixation process of plants.This article puts emphasized on the research status of the conversion of pyranose into furfural and 5-hydroxymethylfurfural as two important forest furan structure products,and then prospects its further application on furan chemicals and materials,which is expected to provide support for the development of biobased chemicals and functional materials industry under the national strategy of dual carbon plan and bioeconomy.
