摘要：综述了桉树转基因研究中,愈伤组织再生、体胚再生、原生质体再生等的再生体系的建立,农杆菌介导法、基因枪转移法等转基因主要方法以及转化植株筛选及检测的研究进展。探讨了桉树转基因育种发展的限制因素,提出了进行栽培无性系的再生技术、转化技术及转基因育种的完善,多种外源目的基因的转化,加强对外源基因表达的时空调控以及建立转基因桉树安全评价系统的发展建议。
Presentation was made on genetic transformation of Eucalyptus, especially on the advances of regeneration system regeneration from such as callus, body embrogo and protoplast, transformation procedure, selection and examination of transgenic process. Meanwhile, review on current situation of research on transgenie Eucalyptus. Problems and future prospect of genetic engineering of Eucalyptus were discussed.
