摘要:树轮稳定碳同位素技术广泛用于生态学和气候学研究。以广西柳州杉木种源试验林中3个不同地理种源为试材,比较分析树轮全木和α-纤维素中的δ^(13)C原值序列对年、季、月不同尺度气候要素的响应情况。结果表明:(1)杉木树轮全木和α-纤维素中稳定碳同位素的序列(1987—2013)变化分别是-24.577‰~-26.336‰和-23.311‰~-25.597‰,平均值分别是-25.589‰和-24.063‰,两者之间的平均偏差约1.5‰,全木中δ^(13)C的含量明显低于α-纤维素,且α-纤维素中δ^(13)C序列方差及变异系数绝对值均大于全木,α-纤维素具有更优的灵敏度;(2)通过对比相关性分析,发现杉木树轮不同组分中的δ^(13)C值对年气候年值响应没有明显差异,而对月值气候因子的响应中α-纤维素的δ^(13)C较灵敏;(3)杉木树轮α-纤维素中δ^(13)C值主要受春季和夏季的最小相对湿度、春季日照、秋季的温度、冬季的相对湿度以及3月的降水等气候要素的影响。
Tree-ring stable carbon isotope techniques are widely used in ecology and climatology.In this study,three different provenances of Chinese fir(Cunninghamia lanceolata)in the provenance of Liuzhou,Guangxi were taken as the experimental materials.The responses of the δ^13C sequence of whole-tree andα-cellulose to different climate elements of year,season and month were compared and analyzed.The results showed that:(1)the sequence of stable carbon isotopes in whole wood andα-cellulose of Chinese Fir(1987-2013)ranged from-24.877‰-26.336‰and-23.311‰-25.597‰,respectively,the mean values were-25.589‰and-24.063‰,the average deviation between them was about1.5‰.The content of δ^13C in whole wood was significantly lower than that ofα-cellulose;(2)by comparative the correlation analysis,it was found that the response of the δ^13C ofα-cellulose to monthly climate factors was more sensitive;(3)the values of δ^13C inα-cellulose was mainly affected by minimum relative humidity in spring and summer,the sunlight hours in spring,the mean temperature in autumn,the relative humidity in winter and the negative effects of precipitation in March.
