摘要:对不同年份石蒜生物学性状差异性及营养物质含量进行分析,结果表明:(1)球体形成在生长的第2年到第3年内基本完成,球茎由扁圆形向球体形发展;(2)鲜物质积累主要在第2到第3年完成,干物质积累主要在第3年到第4年完成,各生物学性状存在显著的相关性,第3年与第4年球高差异不显著,其他生物学性状在年份间差异显著;(3)石蒜中淀粉、蛋白质含量随着生长发育年份的增长而增加,可溶性糖含量随着年份的增长而降低,还原糖含量随着年份的增长先增加后降低。
Analysis of the biological characteristics and annual variation in nutrient content in the corm of Lycoris radiatawas conducted. The result indicated that : (1) The corm completes its formation basically in the second year and the third year, developing from the oblate spheroid to the round shape. (2)The green matter accumulates mainly in the second year to the third year, whereas the accumulation of dry nutrients oeeurrs largely in the third year and the fourth year. A remarkable eorrelevanee exists in each biological character. While the ball height does not show marked difference from the third to the fourth year, other biological characters differ significantly with the year. (3)The content of starch and protein increases along with the yearly growth, but that of the soluble sugars decreases as the plant grows older, and the content of reducing sugars increases in the first three years but drops afterwards.
