摘要:氮素是植物生长不可缺少的重要营养元素之一,直接影响植物的生长发育和形态建成。植物吸收氮素的过程中受到诸多因素的影响,为了提高氮素利用率,植物形成一套吸收和转运NH4+-N及NO3--N的分子机制。本文综述了影响植物氮素吸收的因素、氮素转运蛋白及其基因调控、氮素高效利用转基因研究进展,旨在为今后提高氮素利用效率及培育氮素高效利用新品种提供理论依据。
Nitrogen is one of the important and indispensable nutrient elements for plant growth and development and morphogenesis.The process of plants absorbing nitrogen was affected by many factors.A molecular mechanism of the uptakes and transports of NH4+-N and NO3--N is generated in plants in order to improve the utilization ratio of nitrogen.In this paper,the research progress in the factors that affect plant nitrogen uptaking,nitrogen transport protein and its regulation and nitrogen high efficient transgenic plants is expounded to improve the utilization rate of nitrogen and provide the theory basis for cultivating nitrogen high efficient utilization of new varieties in the future.
