摘要：为给油用牡丹优良品种选育提供参考,筛选选择育种的重点选育目标,以8年生‘凤丹’牡丹为材料,根据结实量采集果实,对其单株产量、果实、籽含油率、脂肪酸成分等经济性状进行测定分析。结果表明,单株产量、平均单果质量、小果数量、平均小果质量、最大小果质量、最小小果质量、干果质量、干籽质量、干籽出仁率等与产量相关指标在高产组和低产组间差异显著,且单株产量与其余差异显著指标间均显著正相关;干籽含油率、脂肪酸成分和含量等指标差异不显著。因此,在油用牡丹新品种选育中,以单株产量作为重点选育目标可有效提高单位面积产油量。
In order to provide a reference for breeding fine oil-used varieties of Paeonia suffruticosa Andr.,and to select the key breeding goals,taking 8-year P.ostii ‘Phoenix White＇ as materials,fruits were collected based on fruit yield,some economic characteristics were determined and analyzed,including yield per plant,fruit characters,seed oil content,fatty acids components,and so on.The results showed that the indexes were significant differences between high yield and low yield populations,including yield per plant,average single fruit mass,sub-fruit number,average sub-fruit mass,maximum sub-fruit mass,minimum sub-fruit mass,dry fruit mass,dry seed mass,kernel content in dry seed and so on.Furthermore,there were significant positive correlation between yield per plant and the others characters with significant differences.Oil content in dry seed,fatty acids components and contents had no significant differences.The results indicated that oil yield per unit area could be effectively improved taking fruit yield per plant as the key goal in breeding new fine oil-used varieties of P.suffruticosa.
