摘要:对长嘴黄藤组织培养的外植体选择、丛芽诱导、继代增殖、壮苗培养、生根诱导和田间移植进行研究 ,结果表明近成熟种胚萌发率高、褐变小、丛芽率高 ,为适宜的快繁外植体 .诱导丛芽的最佳激素组合与浓度为 BA2 .0~ 2 .2 mg/ L+ IBA0 .4mg/ L+ NAA0 .4mg/ L,每个母芽的新增殖芽数可达 1 5 .4.生根培养基可为 1 / 2 MS大量元素 + MS微量元素和有机质 + NAA0 .5mg/ L,丛芽苗生根率达 90 .9% .长嘴黄藤组培苗的木质化程度高 ,在高温低湿的秋季 ,移植成活率仍然可以达到 87% .
This paper deals with the selection of explant,induction of proliferation,subculture,rooting and outplanting of Daemonorops jenkinsiana,the results show that immature embryos are easy to proliferate and have little browning A hormone combination of BA2 2 mg/L, IBA0 4 mg/L and NAA0 4 mg/L is used to induce proliferation,in which proliferation coefficient can reach as high as 15 4 times per fifty days While rooting medium is half strength MS of huge elements and one MS of trace elements with organic matters and 0 5 mg/L of NAA,the rooting rate of one rooting culture is 90 9% Even in Autumn,the survival rate of outplanting can be higher than 87% The techniques can be used for mass propagation of D jenkinsiana seedlings
