摘要:针对森林病虫灾害监测周期性、全覆盖和及时性的特点,笔者提出了建立天空地协同监测技术体系的解决方案,并在山西省关帝山国有林管理局二道川林场进行了应用示范。初步实现了小班级灾害的月度监测、树丛级(点状和块状)灾害的年度监测、单木级灾害的精准监测,以及地面调查数据的准实时共享,可为山西省建立森林病虫害监测预警体系提供参考。
According to the characteristics of forest pests and diseases such as periodic,full coverage and timely monitoring,the synergy monitoring system of spaceborne,airborne,and ground remote sensing was proposed.And it was demonstratively applied to the Erdaochuan forest farm,for which succeeds in monthly monitoring for stand-level forest disaster(punctate and massive),annual monitoring for trees-level disaster and precise monitoring for individual tree.And it also realized the quasi real-time sharing of ground survey data which could provide reference for the establishment of early warning system of forest pests and diseases monitoring in Shanxi Province.
