摘要:为探索不同类型植物生长调节剂对柴胡种子萌发和出苗的影响,为柴胡育苗和大田播种提供技术依据,采用不同质量浓度的复合植物生长调节剂ABT 1号和绿色植物生长调节剂GGR 6号、GGR 8号溶液对柴胡种子进行浸种12 h处理,比较不同类型植物生长调节剂不同质量浓度(20、25、30、40、50 mg/L)浸种处理下发芽率和出苗率的差异。结果表明,在ABT 1号处理组中,20 mg/L处理的发芽率最高,为49.33%,50 mg/L处理的出苗率最高,为44.45%,相比清水和赤霉素处理未表现出优势;在GGR 6号处理组中,20 mg/L处理的发芽率最高,为53.33%,30 mg/L处理的出苗率最高,为44.45%,相比清水和赤霉素处理未表现出明显且稳定的优势;在GGR 8号处理组中,30 mg/L处理的发芽率最高,为60.00%,30 mg/L处理的出苗率最高,为63.89%,均显著优于清水和赤霉素浸种处理。综合比较,绿色植物生长调节剂GGR 8号30 mg/L浸泡柴胡种子12 h后播种,发芽率比赤霉素处理提高了15.38%,出苗率比清水对照提高了12.21%,是较为适合柴胡种子播前处理的一种方法。
In order to explore the effects of different types of regulators on the germination and emergence of Bupleurum chinense seeds to provide technical foundation for growing seedlings and sowing in field of Bupleurum chinense,in this study,Bupleurum chinense seeds were soaked for 12 h with different concentrations of compound plant growth regulator ABT 1,green plant growth regulators GGR 6 and GGR 8,respectively,to compare the differences of germination rate and emergence rate under different concentrations of different types of regulators.The results showed that in the ABT 1 treatment group,the highest germination rate was 49.33%with the 20 mg/L treatment,and the highest seedling emergence rate was 44.45%with the 50 mg/L treatment,which showed no advantage compared with the water and gibberellin treatments.In the GGR 6 treatment group,the highest germination rate of the 20 mg/L treatment was 53.33%,and the highest seedling emergence rate of the 30 mg/L treatment was 44.45%.Compared with the water and gibberellin treatments,it did not show obvious and stable advantages.In the GGR 8 treatment group,the highest germination rate of the 30 mg/L treatment was 60.00%,and the highest seedling emergence rate of the 30 mg/L treatment was 63.89%,which was significantly better than those of the water and gibberellin seed soaking treatments.In a comprehensive comparison,when the seeds of Bupleurum chinense were soaked with 30 mg/L of the green plant growth regulator GGR 8 for 12 h and then sowed,the germination rate was 15.38%higher than that of the gibberellin treatment,and the seedling emergence rate was 12.21%higher than that of the water control.It was a more suitable method for the treatment of Bupleurum chinense seeds before sowing.
