摘要:通过常压水蒸汽蒸馏法得到印楝种仁中的挥发性成分,经GC MS分析,共鉴定出化合物15个,其中含硫化合物12个,占总挥发性成分的89 63% 含量最高的丙基,烯丙基三硫化物,占总挥发性成分的55 83% 经质谱碎片推断,这些含硫化合物可以分为脂肪族的二硫。
Volatile components were isolated from Azadirachta indica kernel by steam distillation at atmospheric pressure and analyzed by GC-MS. A total of fifteen compounds were identified. Twelve of them are sulfur-containing compounds. These sulfur-containing compounds accout for 89.63% of the total volatiles in the distilled oils of Azadirachta indica kernel,and the major constituent is n-propyl propenyl trisulfide(55.83%). Sulfur-containing compounds can be grouped as (a) aliphatic disulfides,trisulfides or tetrasulfides,(b)thiaheterocycles. Two new thiaheterocycles are being reported in azadirachta indica kernel for the first time.
