英文题名：The complete chloroplast genome sequence of Populus cultivar Populus deltoides CL 57 x Populus alba var. Pyramidalis and Populus Shaxinyang 1

摘要：Populus deltoides CL '57' x Populus alba var. Pyramidalis (57 x Xin) and Populus 'Shaxinyang 1' (SX1) are new varieties that possess excellent pest resistance and adaptability. The genome of the 57 x Xin chloroplast was 157144 base pairs (bp) in length, divided into two inverted repeat structures of 27657 bp, the large single copy (LSC) region of 85127 bp, and the small single copy (SSC) region of 16703 bp. The chloroplast genome of SX1 is 157084 bp in length, divided into two inverted repeat structures of 27649 bp, the LSC region of 85223 bp, and the SSC region of 16563 bp. The results of the phylogenetic tree indicate that 57 x Xin and SX1 belong to the Aigeiros group.
