摘要:以腰果酚为原料,通过点击反应和曼尼希反应合成了含有多元醇结构的腰果酚基苯并噁嗪(CPBOZ),随后改变CPBOZ和双(2-氨基苯基)二硫(DTDA)物质的量比制备了一系列腰果酚基聚氨酯(CPBPU)。利用FT-IR和^(1)H NMR对产物的结构进行表征,并对固化后CPBPU涂层的热学性能、疏水性、涂膜性能、自修复性能和防腐性能进行分析。结果表明:当n(—OH)∶n(—NH_(2))为0.4∶0.6时制备的CPBPU-4,其涂层具有较好的热稳定性和耐溶剂性,自修复效果最好,凝胶含量(Cgel)为89.10%,水接触角(WCA)为(98.1±2.2)°,铅笔硬度为5H,附着力为5级,柔韧性为2 mm。在电化学阻抗谱(EIS)测试中,CPBPU-4涂层在低频下的阻抗模值(|Z|_(0.01 Hz))为5.1×10~8Ω·cm^(2),展现出较好的防腐蚀性能,划痕后涂层的|Z|_(0.01 Hz)为1.9×10^(4)Ω·cm^(2),而自修复后涂层的|Z|_(0.01 Hz)恢复到1.4×10^(5)Ω·cm^(2)。中性盐雾试验结果表明:CPBPU-4涂层能够在盐雾环境中放置7 d,进一步证实了其良好的防腐蚀性能。
Cardanol-based benzoxazine(CPBOZ)with a polyol structure was synthesized from cashew phenol by click and Mannich reactions,and a series of cardanol-based polyurethanes(CPBPUs)were subsequently prepared by varying the molar ratio of CPBOZ and bis(2-aminophenyl)disulfide(DTDA).The structures of the products were characterized using Fouriertransform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR)and nuclear magnetic resonance(^(1)H NMR),and the thermal properties,hydrophobicity,film properties,self-healing performance,and corrosion resistance of the cured CPBPU coatings were analyzed.When n(—OH)∶n(—NH_(2))was 0.4∶0.6,the CPBPU-4 coating exhibited excellent thermal stability and solvent resistance,and the best self-healing effect,with a gel content of 89.10%,a water contact angle(WCA)of(98.1±2.2)°,a pencil hardness of 5H,an adhesion rating of 5,and a flexibility of 2 mm.In electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS)tests,the impedance modulus(|Z|_(0.01 Hz))of the CPBPU-4 coating was 5.1×108Ω·cm^(2)at low frequency,demonstrating good corrosion protection.After scratching,the|Z|_(0.01 Hz)of the coating dropped to 1.9×10^(4)Ω·cm^(2),but it recovered to 1.4×10^(5)Ω·cm^(2)after selfhealing.Neutral salt spray tests further confirmed the excellent corrosion resistance of the CPBPU-4 coating,as it withstood 7 days in a salt spray environment.
