摘要:为解决人造板原料供需矛盾,同时开辟经济利用芦苇的新途径,以芦苇和杨木为主要原料,探讨其混合比例、板材密度、施胶量和防水剂量对板材性能的影响。试验结果确定了最佳的制造工艺为混合比例(芦苇∶杨木)70∶30,板材密度0.80 g/cm^3,施胶量14%,防水剂量2%。在此条件下压制的纤维板性能满足GB/T 11718—2009《中密度纤维板》中干燥状态下使用的家具型中密度纤维板的相关规定。
In order to solve the shortage of material for wood-based panels and develop a new way to utilize Reed with good favorable economy and society benefit, the aunthors used utilizedthe Reed and Poplar as the main raw material to manufacture fiberboard. An orthogonal experiment was designed to optimize the process parameters of different mixing ratio of Reed, density, glue content and water-proof agent. The results showed that the optimal factor group were mixing ratio(Reed∶Poplar) 70∶30, 0.80 g/cm^3 of density, 14% of glue content, and 2% of water-proof agent. The fiberboard had the properties exceeding the requirement of the Chinese National Standard of GB/T 11718—2009.
