摘要:香菇是世界第二大食用菌,也是我国特产之一,具有极高的食用、药用价值。浙江省庆元县是世界人工栽培香菇的发源地,八百年来庆元菇民依托良好的生态环境和丰富的森林资源,延续至今形成了人与自然和谐发展的独特的香菇生产与菇文化系统,但由于缺乏系统有效的保护,一些传统香菇生产方式正面临着消失的危险。在系统阐述了浙江庆元香菇文化系统的特点以及保护和发展该文化系统的重要意义的基础上,从农业生态、农业文化、农业景观保护、生态产品开发、休闲农业发展等方面提出了保护与发展的具体措施。
Mushrooms with edible and medicinal value are the world's second-largest edible fungi and one of China's specialties. Qingyuan County of Zhejiang Province is the cradle of artificially growing mushrooms and one of its main producing areas. Depending on the favorable ecological environment and abundant forest resources, mushroom farmers in the county have been engaging in mushroom production for 800 years so as to have formed unique mushroom production and culture systems; but because of the lack of systematic and effective protection, the traditional modes of mushroom production have been facing the danger of disappearance. Based on the analysis of main characteristics, heritage protection, development and the important significance of Qingyuan mushroom culture system, this paper proposes the approach to protect and develop the traditional agriculture from the agricultural ecology, culture, landscape, eco-product and leisure agriculture extension.
