摘要:在为马来西亚设计棕榈热磨化学机械浆(CTMP)工厂的过程中,结合实验室CTMP制浆中试工艺,分别收集3个工序制浆高浓废水,按比例混合即得综合废水。通过分析4种废水的COD、SS、TN、TP、TOC、电导率、金属元素等污染特征,结果表明整个工艺废水产量为23.17m3·t-1绝干浆,TCOD、DCOD、SS及TS发生量分别为208.39kg·t-1、133.76kg·t-1、143.65kg·t-1、181.19kg·t-1绝干浆。
In the international program of designing and operating CTMP factory using Malaysia palm as material, the pilot experiments was conducted including wastewater characteristics analysis. The comprehensive wastewater was collected by mixing 3 kinds of high concentration process wastewater in proportion. According to the analysis the pollutional characteristics of COD, SS, TN, TP, TOC, conductivity and metallic element, the results showed that the generation of total wastewater is 23.17m^3·t^-1 oven dry pulp, the generation ofTCOD, DCOD, SS, TS reaches about 208.39 kg·t^-1, 133.76 kg·t^-1, 143.65 kg·t^-1, 181.19 kg·t^-1 pulp respectively.
