摘要：森林城市群建设是面向城市群地域空间尺度的区域森林生态系统建设,对于避免城市连片发展、优化区域生态安全格局、保护生物多样性、减缓污染跨区域传播和应对气候变化具有重要作用,需要制定科学合理的评价指标指导森林城市群规划和建设。文章研究并提出了森林城市群建设的评价指标,包括生态资源总量、空间分布等6个一级指标,蓝绿空间比、林木覆盖率等20项二级指标,其中约束性指标14项,引导性指标6项。该研究可为城市群的生态空间规划、建设、管理提供标准,也为世界城市群健康可持续发展提供中国模式和经验。
The construction of forest city cluster is the construction of regional forest ecosystem construction which is oriented to the regional-scale city cluster.It plays an important role in avoiding contiguous urban development,optimizing regional ecological security pattern,protecting biodiversity,mitigating the transregional transmission of pollution and adapting to climate change.It is necessary to develop a science-based and rational evaluation index system to guide the planning and construction of forest city clusters.In this paper,we put forward the evaluation indicators for the construction of forest city cluster,including 6 first-level indicators such as ecological resources quantities and spatial distribution,20 second-level indicators such as blue&green space ratio and wood coverage,in which there are 14 restrictive indicators and 6 guiding indicators.This evaluation index can provide standards for the planning,construction and management of ecological space of urban agglomerations through Forest city cluster construction,and also can provide Chinese models and experience for the healthy and sustainable development of urban agglomerations in the world.
