摘要:为研究芒秆不同基质化处理方式对大球盖菇生物学效率及其营养成分的影响,将芒秆进行5种基质化处理后栽培大球盖菇,并以木屑和桂花枝叶发酵的基质分别为2个对照组进行比较分析。结果表明,配方4(碎芒秆97%、麸皮2%、生石灰1%,发酵处理)栽培的大球盖菇产量高、品质好、营养丰富,产量(鲜质量)达11.56 kg·m^(-2),生物学效率达56.03%。
In order to study the effects of Miscanthus spp.stalk substrate treated in different ways on the biological efficiency and nutritional ingredient of Stropharia rugosoannulata,taking the Miscanthus spp.stalks treated in 5 different ways as substrates to cultivate S.rugosoannulata.And the fermentation substrates of sawdust and osmanthus fragrans were used as 2 control groups for comparative analysis.The results showed that S.rugosoannulata cultivated with formula 4(crushed stalk of Miscanthus spp.97%,bran 2%,quicklime 1%,fermentation treatment)had high yield,good quality and rich nutrition,with a yield(fresh weight)of 11.56 kg·m^(-2) and a biological efficiency of 56.03%.
