摘要:【目的】探究湖北省罗田县主栽板栗品种的果苞和坚果在形态特征上的多样性,评估这些性状的变异范围,并分析他们之间的相关关系。【方法】对果苞横纵径、坚果横纵径、果苞质量、坚果粒数、坚果单粒质量等13个表型指标进行测定,并应用描述性统计分析法、方差分析法、多重比较法进行相关分析。【结果】1)不同品种板栗在同一指标上都存在显著或极显著差异,13个表型性状的平均变异系数为6.80%,在这些特征中,坚果单粒质量的变异系数最大,为14.09%,而坚果纵径的变异系数最小,仅为2.63%。2)坚果表型的性状稳定性较高,其平均变异系数为5.94%,明显低于果苞表型性状平均变异系数(7.80%),表明坚果表型性状具有较大的遗传稳定性。3)据相关性分析,其中有5对性状间呈极显著正相关,6对呈显著正相关,1对呈极显著负相关,1对呈显著负相关;果苞质量与坚果横径呈显著正相关,与坚果单粒质量和底座横径呈极显著正相关;坚果单粒质量与坚果横径呈极显著正相关,与底座横径呈显著正相关,板栗坚果单粒质量与坚果表型性状更为紧密,与果苞表型性状相关性较小。【结论】对湖北省罗田县的主栽板栗品种果进行果实表型多样性分析,从一定程度上揭示了其遗传变异规律,可为湖北省罗田县主栽板栗种质资源评价及品种选育提供一定的参考。
【Objective】To explore the diversity of bracts and nuts in morphological traits of the main chestnut cultivars in Luotian county,Hubei province,the range of variation in these traits and the correlations among them were analyzed.【Method】Thirteen phenotypic indexes,including bract transverse longitudinal diameter,nut transverse longitudinal diameter,bract mass,nut grain number,and nut single grain mass,were measured.And correlation analyses were performed by methods of descriptive statistical analysis,analysis of variance(ANOVA),and multiple comparisons.【Result】(1)There were significant or extremely significant differences in the same index among different varieties of chestnut.The average coefficient of variation of the 13 phenotypic traits was 6.80%.Among these traits,the coefficient of variation of the quality of single grain of the nut was the largest,which was 14.09%,while the coefficient of variation of the longitudinal diameter of the nut was the smallest,which was only 2.63%.(2)The trait stability of the nut phenotype was high,and its average coefficient of variation was 5.94%,which was significantly lower than that of the average coefficient of variation of the bract phenotype trait(7.80%),indicating that the nut phenotype trait had greater genetic stability.(3)According to the correlation analysis,five pairs of traits showed highly significant positive correlation,six pairs showed significant positive correlation,one pair showed highly significant negative correlation,and one pair showed significant negative correlation.The bract mass was significantly positively correlated with nut transverse diameter,and highly significant positively correlated with nut individual grain mass and base transverse diameter.The nut individual grain mass was highly significant positively correlated with nut transverse diameter,and significantly positively correlated with base transverse diameter.Thus,the nut individual grain mass was more closely related to the phenotypic traits of chestnut nuts,and less correlated with the phenotypic traits of fruit bracts.【Conclusion】By analyzing the fruit phenotypic diversity of the main planted chestnut varieties in Luotian county,Hubei province,the pattern of genetic variation was revealed to a certain extent,which provided a reference for the evaluation of the germplasm resources of the main planted chestnut varieties and the breeding of the varieties in Luotian county,Hubei province.
