摘要：2008年以来,作为我国林业部门＂引进来＂国际合作战略的新举措,欧洲投资银行项目开始在内蒙古、江西等省准备和实施。与世界银行等其他主要国际金融组织相比,EIB项目在中国,尤其是林业部门仍处在探索阶段,但潜力很大。文中概述EIB项目的背景及其在林业、应对气候变化方面的政策和评估要求,提出我国林业应用欧洲投资银行贷款项目的对策建议。
Since 2008, the European Investment Bank （EIB） projects have been prepared and executed in Inner Mongolia, Jiangxi, etc. , as a new move of forestry international cooperation. However, different from other international financial organizations such as the World Bank, EIB projects in China, especially in forestry sector, are now at an exploratory stage, unfamiliar to many management departments and implementation entities. EIB has envisaged great potential for forestry. The paper attempted to review the background of the EIB project as well as the policy and appraisal forestry sector and climate change mitigation, and proposed the implemented in China＇ s forestry sector. requreiment for their application in Chinese strategic recommendations for EIB projects
