摘要:木材工业企业积累了大量与生产、管理和运营相关的数据,这些数据中隐藏着诸多有价值的信息,可以指导企业优化营销策略、改进生产工艺、诊断设备故障等,帮助企业提高效率、降低成本,为实现智能制造打下基础。然而,木材工业企业面临着自身数据量大、数据利用率低的现状,许多场景中的数据规模甚至已经超出传统数据分析方法所能承受的极限。因此,利用大数据技术挖掘企业海量数据中的价值、推动大数据技术在木材工业中的应用已成为不可阻挡的发展趋势。本文介绍了工业大数据的概念和特征,并从设计、采购、生产、销售和售后5个阶段,分别阐释了木材工业每个阶段的典型业务场景,描绘了大数据技术的应用前景。
Wood industry enterprises had accumulated a large number of data related to production,management and operation.These data hide a lot of valuable information,which could guide enterprises to optimize marketing strategies,improve production processes and diagnose equipment faults.It could help enterprises improve efficiency,reduce costs and lay a foundation for the realization of intelligent manufacturing.However,wood industry enterprises are facing the current situation of large amount of data and low data utilization.The data scale in many scenarios has even exceeded the limit that traditional data analysis methods can bear.Therefore,using big data technology to mine the value of massive data of enterprises and promote the application of big data technology in wood industry has become an irresistible development trend.This paper introduced the concept and characteristics of industrial big data,explained the typical business scenarios of each stage from the five stages of design,procurement,production,sales and after-sales in the wood industry,and described the application prospect of big data technology.
