摘要:为探明毛竹由集约经营转为弃管后的适应特性和生存对策,以不同弃管年限(0、8、20 a)毛竹林为研究对象,探讨了立竹叶片功能性状及其关系的变化特征.结果表明:(1)随弃管年限的延长,毛竹林立竹叶片形态会产生一定程度的变化,其中,叶长、叶宽、叶周长、叶面积和叶干重及比叶面积总体呈减小趋势;而叶组织密度则相反,叶长宽比、叶厚呈倒"V"形变化;叶片形态性状总体上变化并不显著.(2)叶绿素a(Chla)、叶绿素b(Chlb)、总叶绿素[Chl(a+b)]和类胡萝卜素(Car)含量随弃管年限的延长先降后升,弃管20 a毛竹林显著高于弃管8 a毛竹林;而花青素(Ant)和色素比值总体上变化不明显.说明随着群落正向演替的进行,毛竹叶光合色素功能与水平得到恢复和增强.(3)毛竹林立竹叶片Chla、Chlb、Chl(a+b)、Car间呈显著或极显著正相关,光合色素各组分具有较好的协同性,而Ant与叶形、光合色素性状均无显著相关关系.弃管年限延长提高了竹叶光合色素含量,同时叶形性状与光合色素间的相关关系总体上也随之增强.表明光合色素是反映毛竹适应生境变化的主要叶性状指标,随着弃管年限的延长,毛竹林立竹叶片功能性状间的权衡关系及生存策略会发生适应性调节,碳同化及营养存储能力增强,以适应不断加剧的种间竞争.
To investigate the survival measures of moso bamboo(Phyllostachys edulis)after being left from intensive management based on the adaptive characteristics,and to provide a reference for its sustainable development,changes in leaf functional traits of moso bamboo stands which were unmanaged for different years(0,8 and 20 years)were studied.The results indicated that:(1)moso bamboo made adaptive adjustments in leaf morphological traits,with decreased leaf length,leaf width,leaf perimeter,leaf area,leaf dry weight and specific leaf area and increased leaf tissue density.Leaf length-width ratio and leaf thickness changed in inverted v-shaped patterns,but no obvious difference was found on overall leaf morphological characteristics.(2)Contents of chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b,total chlorophyll and carotenoid decreased and then increased when the unattended period prolonged,which were significantly higher in stands unmanaged for 20 years than those of stands unmanaged for 8 years.While anthocyanin content and the pigment ratios almost remained constant.All these findings demonstrated that the leaf function and photosynthetic capacity of P.edulis plantation were recovered and enhanced with positive community succession.(3)There were significant or extremely significant positive correlations between chla,chlb,chl(a+b),Car,suggesting good synergism among various photosynthetic pigments.But no correlation was found between anthocyanin content and other photosynthetic pigments and leaf morphological traits.The unattended period exerted deepening impacts on the correlations between leaf morphological traits and photosynthetic pigments,which was generally enhanced with the extension of the unattended period.To summarize,photosynthetic pigments of P.edulis was the main indicator of plant’s adaptability to changing habitat.With the extension of unattended period,the trade-off between leaf functional traits and survival strategies adjusted adaptively,and carbon assimilation and nutrient storage capacity were enhanced for higher competency in interspecific competition.
