摘要:通过水涝处理,研究了麻栎不同种源苗木的生长和生理反应。结果表明:淹水条件下,苗木的生物量分配格局和生理指标在不同种源之间存在显著差异。水涝胁迫普遍抑制了麻栎根系的生长,降低了根冠比;但建德和上饶种源生物量分配参数与对照无显著差异,受影响程度较小。随淹水时间延长,麻栎不同种源叶片相对电导率、游离脯氨酸和MDA含量呈现逐步增加的趋势,相对叶绿素含量有逐步下降的趋势。但淹水至40 d后,脯氨酸含量普遍下降,相对电导率、MDA含量则继续上升或出现下降趋势,各种源增加或下降的幅度有差异。根据生长状况和生理指标的变化,初步认为,上饶和建德种源具有较强的耐涝性。
The growth and physiological responses of different provenance seedlings of Quercus acutissima were studied with water logging treatment.The results showed that there were significant differences in biomass allocation pattern and physiological indices among the different provenances.The root growth of Q.acutissima seedlings was generally inhibited,root/shoot ratio dropped under water logging stress.However,there was no significant variation in biomass allocation parameters for 'Shangrao' and 'Jiande' provenances compared with the control,indicating that these two provenances were slightly affected by the water stress.The relative conductivity,the contents of free proline and MDA of the different provenances increased gradually,while the relative chlorophyll content began to drop with the prolonging of water logging duration.But 40 days later after the water logging,content of free proline generally fell down,while the relative conductivity and MDA content kept rising or started to decline,the increasing or declining ranges varied among the provenances.According to the growth status and the change scope of the physiological indexes,the preliminary conclusion could be drawn that 'Shangrao' and 'Jiande 2' provenances of Quercus acutissima were more tolerant to flooding injury.
