摘要:为了探索芸香竹育苗的最适方法及其关键技术,从而提高繁殖系数,采用无纺布袋荫棚繁育的方法,开展了芸香竹分株育苗试验,筛选适宜的基质和育苗时间。结果表明:育苗基质对育苗成活率影响显著,100%轻基质,或者50%轻基质混50%岩溶山地土为合适的基质,分株育苗成活率可达70%以上;夏季分株育苗成活率最高,平均为71%,其中7月育苗最高达75%;春季分株育苗平均成活率51%,5月最高可达70%,秋冬季不适合分株育苗。
In order to explore the optimum method and some key propagation techniques on Bonia amplexicaulis seedling, and to enhance propagation coefficient, offshoot breeding was conducted in the non-woven bag shade canopy, and the optimum breeding medium and season were selected. The results showed that breeding media had significant differences on survival rate of seedlings. The optimum breeding medium was 100% light medium or the mixture of 50% light medium and 50% limestone mountain soil, and the survival rate could be higher than 70%. The survival rate was the highest in summer, the mean value was 71%, and it in July was up to 75%. The survival rate was 51% in spring, and it in May was up to 70%. Autumn and winter was unfit to do offshoot breeding.
