摘要：日本在森林康养、森林疗法研究和实践方面走在亚洲前列，在我国大力发展森林养生之际，日本的发展经验具有极强的借鉴作用。本文介绍了日本森林康养的发展背景和现状，分析了日本政府对森林康养的政策支持和运行机制，最后总结出日本森林康养产业发展的经验与启示，包括逐步扩大森林疗养的对象、开展森林疗养基地建设、加大政府投入促进产业及相关研究的发展、吸引民间资本进行森林康养事业。
Japan is the leading country in terms of research and practices of forest health care, forest therapy, which is a good example for China to learn to develop its own forest health care. The paper introduced the background and current state of forest therapy in Japan, and analyzed the policy support and relevant operation mechanisms to forest therapy by Japanese government. Finally, Japanese experiences and their inspiration in forest therapy industry were summarized, including making forest therapy available for more people, building forest therapy bases, increas- ing government input for industry development and attracting private investment going in forest therapy industry.
