摘要：没食子酸酯类化合物是没食子酸的重要衍生物,主要作为油脂或油基食品的抗氧化剂,在医药和化工等领域也有着广泛的用途。综述了没食子酸酯的化学合成法和生物酶合成法等主要合成方法,其中,化学合成法包括直接酯化法、羟基保护-酯化法、N,N′-二环己基碳二亚胺(DCC)法等。
Gallate esters are very important derivatives of gallic acid.They are mainly used as antioxidant for edible oil and oil-based food,and also widely used in fields of medicine and chemical industry.The main synthetic methods for gallate esters,including chemical synthesis and enzymatic synthesis,are reviewed in this paper,the chemical synthesis includes direct esterification,protection of hydroxyl groups-esterification,and DCC(N,N′-dicyclohexylcarbodiimide) method,etc.
