摘要：通过对山东曲阜县孔府,北京天坛公园、地坛公园和大觉寺的古柏干部肿瘤病的实地调查和初步研究,发现千年柏树干部的肿瘤是由病原菌寄生所致,这是一种被人忽略、但存在已久的新病害。在山东曲阜柏树上发现的病原菌菌丝有两种,一种是表面光滑的,另一种表面是具刺的;产生的孢子串生,表面具刺;在北京发现的病原菌菌丝表面光滑,未发现孢子。
It was found that unknown pathogens led to formimg the galls on the stems of thousand-yearold cypresses through field investigation and preliminary study in Confucius temple,Qufu county,Shandong and Tiantan Park,Ditan Park,Dajuesi in Beijing. It was a newtree stem disease which was neglected and existed for long time. The pathogen hyphae on cypresses in Qufu had two types,one was smooth and another was echinulate on hypha surfaces,spores were concatenatus,echinulate on surfaces;the pathogen hyphae were only smooth and the spores were not found on cypresses in Beijing.
