摘要：从欧洲森林公约谈判背景与进展、谈判案文的主要内容与焦点问题、未来谈判展望与启示等几个方面进行分析，阐述了欧洲森林公约谈判的整体进展情况及其对国际森林问题谈判的影响。
This paper presents an overview on negotiating for a Legally Binding Agreement （LBA） on Forests in Eu- rope and the impact on international forest dialogue by analyzing the negotiating background and progress, the draft negotiating text and focused issues, future perspectives and its enlightenment.
