摘要:为了研究压制工艺对齿板节点受力性能的影响,选取荷载平行于木纹以及齿板主轴方向的AA构型齿板节点为研究对象,采用不同的压制速度和压缩率,制作了9组共45个试件。通过节点抗拉试验,得到了齿板节点的破坏特征及不同压制工艺下的板齿极限承载力。结果表明,压制速度对齿板节点的受力性能影响不显著,压缩率对齿板节点受力性能影响显著,为了提高齿板节点的受力性能,宜采用较小的压缩率压制齿板节点。笔者研究结果对于轻型木桁架的生产具有指导意义,且有助于轻型木桁架及轻型木结构的国产化。
To investigate the effects of process parameters on the mechanical behavior of truss plate joints, AA type truss plate joints, whose loading direction is parallel to longitudinal direction of timber members and principle axis of truss plates, were tested under tensile force. 45 specimens, manufactured under different processing speed and compression ratio, were categorized into 9 groups. The failure modes were observed and the plate tooth ultimate strength of each specimen were obtained. It is found that there is no significant effect of processing speed on the mechanical behavior of the truss plate joints, however, the compression ratio affects the mechanical performance significantly. This work provides practical guidance in the manufacture technology of trussplate trusses, and can help to promote the localization of the truss plate truss and light frame wood structures.
