摘要:采用不同的工艺参量对乙酰化杨木进行横纹热压缩处理,分析增重率、压缩率、热压时间和温度对乙酰化杨木物理力学性能的影响。结果表明:选择增重率为20.56%的乙酰化杨木,设计压缩率为40%,在180℃下压缩60 min,压缩木的物理力学性能大幅提高,且压缩回弹被有效固定,可用于实木地板、家具及户外木栈道等产品的制造。
In this study,plantation poplar wood samples were acetylated with acetic anhydride and then densified by hot pressing along the transverse direction. The effects of weight percentage gain(WPG),compression rate,hot pressing time and hot pressing temperatures on physical and mechanical properties of the samples were investigated. Results showed that the acetylated wood with 20.56% WPG at 180°C for60 min to a 40% compression rate showed superior physical and mechanical properties as well as less compression rebound. The finished product could be used for manufacturing solid wood floors,furniture and plank road.
