摘要：对21世纪国际森林资源监测的现状进行了综述,包括监测体系、监测内容、监测方法、监测手段和技术装备。从林业数字测绘技术、遥感信息传输机理和森林资源与环境信息提取技术、森林资源与环境空间信息系统开发、3S技术的森林资源与环境定量估测、森林与环境可视化技术几方面对未来国际森林资源监测的趋势进行了分析,在此基础上,提出了加强我国森林资源监测技术体系建设的建议。
The status of international forestry resources monitoring, such as system, contents, methods, means, technology furnishments in the 21st century were discussed, and the development trend, including mapping technology of digital forestry, transmission mechanism of remote sensing and the technology of forest resources and environment information collection, developing information system of forest resources and environment, quantitative assessment of resources and environment by 3S technology, visible technology of forest and environment were analyzed.Based on these analysis, the authors put forward some suggestions for improving technique system of forest resource monitoring in China.
