摘要:在青海柴达木盆地选择6个重要的唐古特白刺(Nitraria tangutorum)分布区域,通过测定不同白刺居群的土壤pH、有机质(OM)、全氮(N)、全磷(P)、全钾(K)、碱解N、有效P和速效K含量,对比不同白刺居群间的土壤养分差异,分析其空间变异性以及与地理位置的相关关系。结果表明:1)土壤养分含量存在显著空间变异性,土层深度对土壤养分含量有显著影响,但各养分指标含量随土层深度变化规律不明显。2)3个土层深度(0-15cm,15-30cm,30-45cm)土壤pH、OM、全N、全P、全K、碱解N、有效P、速效K含量平均值变化范围分别是:8.37-9.21、3.34-20.68、0.18-1.21、0.35-0.75、16.12-22.04、5.13-553.28、1.10-52.54g·kg-1和103.83-562.28mg·kg-1。3)3个土层深度的各土壤养分含量平均值之间相关性分析结果表明,土壤养分含量之间存在不同程度的相关性。4)3个土层的土壤OM和全N含量纬度、经度和海拔分别呈显著正相关、负相关和负相关,表层土壤(0-15cm)有效P和速效K含量与纬度、经度和海拔分别呈显著正相关、负相关和负相关,经度和海拔还显著影响30-45cm深土壤速效K含量。此外,综合分析各养分含量发现怀头他拉镇白刺居群土壤肥力最高,而茶卡镇和乌兰柯柯镇肥力相对较低。
In this study,six important distribution areas of Nitraria tangutorumin Tsaidam Basin were selected as research objects to study the differences in soil nutrients among different N.tangutorumpopulations,and to analyze the spatial variability and the relationships with the geographical locations by measuring soil pH,organic matter(OM),total nitrogen(N),total phosphorus(P),total potassium(K),hydrolysable N,available P,and available K contents.The results showed that 1)the contents of soil nutrients between different populations exhibited significant spatial variability,and soil depth had a significant effect on soil nutrient contents,but the variation rules were not obvious.2)Average pH and average contents of OM,total N,total P,total K,hydrolysis N,available P and available K of soils in 3soil layers(0-15,15- 30and 30-45cm)varied in the ranges of 8.37-9.21,3.34-20.68,0.18-1.21,0.35-0.75,16.12- 22.04,5.13-553.28,1.10-52.54mg·kg-1 and 103.83-562.28mg·kg-1,respectively.3)Differentcorrelations of soil nutrients were found among 3soil layers.4)The contents of OM and total N in 3soil layers were significantly and positively correlated with latitude,however,they were negatively correlated with longitude and altitude.In facial soil layer(0-15cm),the contents of available P and available K were significantly and negatively correlated with latitude,longitude,and altitude.Longitude and altitude also significantly influenced the available K in the soil layers of 30-45cm.In addition,comprehensive analysis on the contents of soil nutrients demonstrated that the soil fertility in Huaitou Tala township was high,while lower soil fertility was found in Chaka and Wulan Keke townships.
