摘要：对黄杨木的特性及其木雕应用进行探析。介绍了黄杨木雕所用材料——黄杨木的资源分布、生长特点和材质特性;追溯了木雕的发展历程;阐述了黄杨木应用于木雕的历史演变及黄杨木雕目前传承现状。在此基础上,对黄杨木特性研究及其木雕发展提出了建议。
The boxwood characteristics and the application in woodcarving were discussed in this paper.Resource distribution,growth traits,and wood properties of boxwood were introduced.The development process of woodcarving was traced.The historical evolution of boxwood used in woodcarving and its current inheritance status were expounded.On this basis,suggestions were also made for the research on the characteristics of boxwood and the development of boxwood carving.
