摘要:研究采用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法测定土壤硒的最佳前处理方法及动态反应池条件下,建立硒干扰校正方程。试验结论:盐酸、硝酸、高氯酸、氢氟酸四酸和王水高温消解前处理方法不适宜ICP-MS法测试土壤硒,质谱干扰严重,DRC反应模式难以减轻或消除干扰,测试结果不准确;硝酸、高氯酸混酸和王水水浴前处理方法适宜ICP-MS法测试土壤硒,CH4作为反应气,建立了干扰校正方程:I 80Se(实)=I80Se(测)-I 1×82Kr(测),此条件下,选取的不同类型土壤及沉积物测定值基本在标准值范围内,实际样品加标回收率分别为95.0%~107.6%和91.8%~92.9%。本试验方法为ICP-MS法测定土壤硒提供了可行的前处理方法,为行业标准方法扩充提供了方法借鉴。
The best pretreatment method for determination soil selenium(Se) was examined by the method of inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS). Application of dynamic reaction cell technology, Se interference correction equation was established. The pretreatment methods with hydrochloric acid, nitric acid,perchloric acid, hydrofluoric acid and aqua regia digestion at a high temperature were not suitable for the determination of soil Se by ICP-MS. And the dynamic reaction cell(DRC) method did not reduce and eliminate interference, and the analysis result was inaccurate. The pretreatment methods by water bathing with the mixture of nitric acid, perchloric acid and aqua regia were suitable for determination of soil Se with ICP-MS. The reaction gas was CH4, and the interference correction equation was I80 Se(real)=I80 Se(measure)-I 1×82 Kr(measure). Standard soil and sediment samples were detected by using this method, and the results were within the range of the standard value. The recoveries were from 95.0% to 107.6% and from 91.8% to 92.9%. The experiment provided two appropriate pretreatment methods for determination of soil Se by ICP-MS and it would provide a reference for industry standard.
