摘要:为了研究漆酶活化木素制备胶粘剂的工艺,以胶粘剂的粘度和胶合板的胶合强度为指标,采用单因素试验,对加酶量、pH值、温度、时间、浓度进行研究。结果表明:最佳工艺参数为漆酶用量1.5mL·g^-1。木素、pH3.0~4.0、溶液浓度70%,反应时间7h。
To optimize the preparing process for laccase-treated lignin adhesive, viscosity and the shearing strength of plywood as two indicators were investigated. Five main influencing factors including dosages of laccase, PH value, temperature, time and chroma were studied by single factor experiment in this paper. Under single factor xperiment, the best parameters and scopes were ensured. The result showed that the dosage of laccasel 1.5 mL · g^-1 lignin,pH3.0-4.0,solution chroma 70%,activation time 7 h.
