摘要：科学评估标准是提高森林认证标准质量的重要手段。建立标准评估指标体系与评价集,利用层次分析法和模糊综合评价法对标准进行评估,定量评估了森林经营标准的质量。该方法为建立科学的、操作性强的标准评估体系提供研究基础,有利于完善对森林认证体系标准质量的控制,提高森林认证标准的管理水平。
Scientific assessment of standards is an important means to improve the forest management standard quality. This paper analyzes the influence of the factors determining the terms of standard assessment and establishes assessment indicator system of standards and evaluation of the collection. It assesses forest management standards with AHP and fuzzy comprehensive assessment method, which provides quantitative means fr)r forest certification standards quality. The method provides research foundation for the establishment of scientific and practical evaluation system. It improves the quality control and management of forest certification standards.
