摘要:为了制备释香型木地板,在丙烯酸类涂料中添加两种檀香精油微胶囊乳液:β-环糊精檀香精油微胶囊(β-cyclodextrin-microcapsule,β-CD-MC)乳液和三聚氰胺甲醛树脂檀香精油微胶囊(melamine-formaldehyde resin-microcapsule,MF-MC)乳液,通过物理混合搅拌均匀,制备两种微胶囊涂料,并用于实木复合地板表面涂饰。分析微胶囊乳液添加比例(占涂料质量之比,5%、10%、15%、20%和25%)对涂料黏度以及地板香气缓释性能的影响,并采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和傅里叶变换红外光谱分析仪(FTIR)对精油微胶囊、微胶囊涂料和释香地板产品的微观形貌和化学组成进行表征,对地板漆膜的主要理化性能进行测试。依据涂料黏度测试结果,确定β-CD-MC乳液和MF-MC乳液的优化添加比例分别为20%和15%,涂料黏度值分别为2817.57、3526.13 mPa·s(室温)。SEM结果表明,两种微胶囊经过60℃干燥10 h后,囊壁结构稳定,均未发生明显的破裂现象,且与涂料相容性良好。FTIR结果表明,添加微胶囊的涂料固化后,涂层没有出现新的特征峰,该过程中没有发生化学反应生成新的物质,对涂料本身的性能影响不大。60℃高温和室温香气缓释结果表明,两种释香地板缓释性能良好,在60℃高温鼓风条件下香味保留时间分别可以达到96 h和104 h,在室温通风条件下香气保留时间可以超过24周。地板漆膜附着力、硬度、表面耐磨和耐污染性能均满足国家标准GB/T 18103—2022《实木复合地板》的要求。
To prepare fragrance-release wood flooring,two sandalwood essential oil microcapsule emulsions were added to acrylic coatings:β-cyclodextrin-microcapsule(β-CD-MC)emulsion and melamine-formaldehyde resin-microcapsule(MF-MC)emulsion.These emulsions were thoroughly mixed through physical blending process to create two distinct microcapsule coatings,which were subsequently applied to the surface of engineered wood flooring.The effects of the ratio of microcapsule emulsion,accounting for 5%,10%,15%,20%,and 25%of the coating mass,on the viscosity of the coating and the sustained-release performance were analyzed.Scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)were employed to characterize the microscopic morphology and chemical compositions of the essential oil microcapsules,microcapsule coatings,and fragrance-release flooring products.The physical and chemical properties of the flooring were tested.Based on the viscosity test results,the optimized ratios ofβ-CD-MC emulsion and MF-MC emulsion were 20%and 15%,respectively,yielding viscosity values of 2817.57 and 3526.13 mPa·s.The SEM results present the wall structures of both types of microcapsules remain stable after dried at 60℃for 10 hours,with no significant rupture observed.These microcapsules demonstrate good compatibility with the coating and are uniformly distributed within it.FTIR results show no new characteristic peaks in the coatings with microcapsules after curing stages.It indicates that there are no chemical reactions that occurred to generate new substances,and the inherent properties of the coating remain unaffected.Aroma release tests were conducted at both 60℃and the room temperature.The results demonstrate that the fragrance-release flooring possesses excellent sustained-release property.At the high-temperature of 60℃with air-blowing,the fragrance retention time of both two fragrance-release flooring reach 96 and 104 hours,while at the room temperature ventilation condition,the retention time exceed 24 weeks.Furthermore,the adhesion,hardness,wear,and stain resistance of the coating film all meet the requirements of the National Standard GB/T 18103-2022 Engineered Wood Flooring.
