摘要:以三聚氰胺和甲醛为原料,聚醚化合物为改性剂,通过单因素法优化三聚氰胺甲醛树脂制备条件,并对其结构进行表征.研究表明,改性剂聚醚化合物和主料甲醛与三聚氰胺质量量比为1.25∶0.55∶1,反应温度在95℃,pH值为9.0,醚化后70℃下减压蒸馏45 min,所制备的改性树脂黏度4750 mPa·s,游离甲醛含量≤0.32%,贮存pH值在7.5~9.0之间,贮存时间>180 d.此外,所制备的树脂含甲氧基、亚氨基、羟甲基等官能团且水溶性好.
Using melamine and formaldehyde as raw materials and polyether compounds as modifiers,the preparation conditions of melamine formaldehyde resin were optimized by single factor method,and its structure was characterized.The research has shown that the mass ratio between the modifier polyether and the main material formaldehyde and melamine was 1.25∶0.55∶1,the reaction temperature was 95℃,and the pH value was 9.0.After etherification,the alcohol and water were removed by distillation at 70℃for 45 min.The prepared modified resin had a viscosity of 4750 mPa·s,the content of free formaldehyde was less than 0.32%.And the resin could be stored at pH value between 7.5 and 9.0 for 180 days or more.In addition,the prepared resin contains the functional groups including methoxy,imine,hydroxymethyl and it has excellent water solubility.
