摘要：第二代生物柴油是建立在动植物油脂的催化加氢基础上生产的非脂肪酸甲酯,其主要生产工艺是油脂催化加氢后再临氢异构化。结合其生产工艺及反应原理介绍催化加氢的催化剂种类及不同催化剂对产品的影响,简述了不同催化剂的应用,指出当今催化剂发展的问题及解决方案。
The second generation biodiesel is non-fatty acid methyl ester which is produced based on the catalytic hydrogenation of animal and vegetable fats, and its main production process is catalytic hydrogenation of fats and then hydroisomerization, this article, combined with its producing process and reaction principle, introduces the influences of catalytic hydrogenation catalyst type and different catalysts on the production, it also makes a brief introduction of the applications of different catalysts and figured out problems concerning the modern development of the catalysts and also some solutions are put forward.
