摘要：利用2005和2010年2个代表性时点遥感影像对研究区近10a来的土地利用类型,主要是涉及森林和湿地资源的土地类型的变化趋势做宏观判别分析,研究区森林面积呈现显著增长趋势,大型水域面积无明显变化,并判别确定研究区森林和湿地资源主要集中在西峡、淅川、内乡、南召、桐柏5个下属县域;同时,结合2013年二类调查数据和野外调查,从资产和生产两方面对研究区整体及森林和湿地资源集中的下属县域开展森林和湿地生态系统服务价值评估,研究区森林与湿地资产价值总存量为557.62亿元,生产价值总流量为824.64亿元。在此基础上,从自然财富、国内生产总值以及价值分配等角度综合分析南阳市森林和湿地资源生态系统服务价值对当地经济发展的贡献:研究区人均拥有森林与湿地资源财富4 783.59元;森林与湿地所提供的年产出价值相当于当年GDP的35.23%,远高于现行国民经济统计所认定的林业生产总值在当年GDP的占比。同时,森林与湿地年产出中15.01%为林业部门受益,84.99%为非林业领域受益;42.14%为当地获益,37.39%为市域内或全国受益,20.47%为全球受益。
In order ages of the study sults showed that to understand the land use patterns in recent 10 years in Nanyang, the remote-sensing ira- area in 2005 and 9,010 were investigated,involving forest and wetland resources. The re- there was significant increase in forest area while no obvious change in water area. Most forest and wetland resources were centralized in five subordinate counties, such as Xixia, Xiehuan, Neix- iang,Nanzhao,and Tongbai. Based on the data from forest inventory and field survey in 2013, forest and wetland eeosystem services in the study area and the subordinate counties were evaluated in terms of asset and production value. The results indicated that the total asset value was 55.76 billion yuan and production value was 82.46 billion yuan in 2013. Based on the valuation,an analysis on the contributions of forest and wetland ecosystems to economy development was conducted from the perspectives of nature capital,GDP and value distribution. The results of the analysis indicated that in the study area, forest and wetland re-sources valued 4783.59 yuan per capital, and the production value of forest and wetland resources was equal to 35.23% of its GDP of the year. As for the economic contributions, 15.01% of total production value was attributed to forestry sector while the rest to the non-forestry sectors; 42. 14% of total production value was benefited by the locals,37.39 % by the whole study area or even the country and 20.47 % by the globe.
